Silence.

Only in the silence will you hear your heart.

Only in the silence will you see that your desires are endless.

Only in the silence will you see that fear is not your friend.

Only in the silence will you see that love is always the solution.

Only in the silence will you see that what we call 'you' is only an endless process of change.

Only in the silence will you see that words are always inadequate, and your presence and behaviour is what the world feels.

Only in the silence will you see the interconnection between all beings and pain is pain, fear is fear and suffering is suffering.

Only in the silence will you see that your ideas and opinions are only more chatter from the mind.

Only in the silence will you see the emptiness of life, and that what we make important is only important because we make it so.

Only in the silence will you see the truth that beyond the fears and fantasies of mind, that you are already free, you always were fee and you always will be free.

Only in the silence will you meet the truth.

May all beings fall silent, if only for a moment.
