One step at a time.

The greatest gift we can bring to our life is the gift of truth, of Dhamma.

However, because of our own individual kamma and karmic dispositions our path is always unique and personal to each one of us. We do not know what it is like to be someone else, to live their life and have their experiences, and we do not know how to walk the path of another, so our kind and loving focus can only be on ourselves; to allow the past to arise and not confuse the trigger for that moment as something more than the catalyst that shows us what remains in our karmic reservoir. We can only succeed in our practice provided we don’t interfere with the process, but take a position of loving awareness and allow everything to take care of itself. This is known as the Visuddhimagga, the Path of Purification; to purify the heart by allowing everything we see and meet to naturally arise and pass away even without questioning why this should be happening. It’s happening, that's enough. So, the deepest Dhamma teaching is simply to relax and get out of your own way. Your internal universe is unfolding as it should and and each moment of letting go is a moment of purification.

May all beings be happy
