Take care of you.
Your loving kindness practice is about you. It is to open your
heart so that you will stop judging yourself and making your
life difficult.
Then, when you radiate this love out into the world to touch
all beings, it’s still about you. It is so that you can live in
this world with all the beings that you don’t control, with all
the beings that are unkind and cruel and with all the difficult
things that still come your way, without struggling.
It’s about you. Your life, your Dhamma practice, your
relationship to the universe and everything in it - it’s all about
you - it’s always about you.
So, take care of you. Cultivate a loving heart for you and all
beings, then you will be happy and share that happiness with
the universe.
May all beings be happy.
