The ending of our difficulties.
It is understood that we make our Dhamma practice to end our suffering,
frustration and difficulty with life, and as these things are always identified
with 'self', the less 'self' identity there is the less suffering there will
be.
Our true practice then is not to make our life easy or comfortable, but to
dissolve the very cause of those difficulties and unhappiness.
Simple, but not easy and often very uncomfortable to hear.
But this is Dhamma, and to commit to Dhamma is to let go of 'self' until
all that remains is the loving smile of the heart and an unconditional freedom
and peace in life.
May all beings be happy.
