The loving heart.

Without a loving heart, you cannot understand kindness.
Without a loving heart, you cannot understand generosity.
Without a loving heart, you cannot understand compassion 
Without a loving heart, you cannot understand integrity.
Love is the centre of our Dhamma life, first for ourselves and then for all beings.
It is the gift we bring to ourselves and to the whole universe.
