Perspective.

Perspective is perhaps, the most useful asset in our lives. To see and know the reality of each situation without being confused by it. When we have no real or accurate perspective we can often feel ourselves to be like a cork on the waves, being dashed first here and then there, without any real control in our lives. For our own peace of mind we need to know what is important, what is less important and what is meaningless!
When we have perspective in the moment we are able to respond to life from a position of balance, without making even the smallest thing a crisis!
Being late for an appointment is not a crisis. Missing the bus is not a crisis. Over sleeping in the morning is not a crisis. These are just things that happen, they are part of our ordinary, everyday life, and we have to keep them in perspective. Remember, everything that happens in your life only has the power and the value that you give it. The moment, that we have perspective in life, we will know what needs to be done and what can be let go of. In this way, we will have real peace, real happiness and real value.

May all beings be happy.
