Love.

Love is the gift we bring to ourselves and the whole universe. When we love truly we accept the other without conditions. We make no demands that they behave in a particular way simply to please us. 

We do not try to control or manipulate them but treat them with respect and kindness accepting them as they are. 

We do not seek perfection in the other, but allow the space for them to feel free and to show their own heart, in this way they are already perfect.

With love for ourselves we respond to their behaviour with compassion and wisdom, doing what we need to do to guard our own integrity and sense of well being.

This means to love truly.

When two or more beings enter a relationship in this way they each bring something of real value, they bring the best part of themselves. That part that will serve the other, that part that will care for the other, that part that will protect the other and never ask for something in return.

Love is more than a kiss, it is an acceptance without conditions.

Love is more than an embrace, it is a commitment to serve.

Love is more than a feeling, it is the manifestation of the purest part of you.

To share in the suffering and unhappiness but also to celebrate the joy and success in the world.

In this way, to love one being is to love all beings, and to be intimately connected to the universe and everything it contains.
